There were some dire refs in this World Cup but Howard Webb wasn't one of them, in fact you were lucky to have him, any other ref and Holland could have finished that game with only half a team

Now if you want to talk about incompetent officials, look no further than those jokers who couldn't even give an England goal that was at least two feet over the line
