Principal Reduction?

Ive been approached about a principal reduction program out of FL. Its a company called Addvent Funding. One has anybody heard of this company and has anyone actually gone through a principal reduction? Do they work or is it just a scam?

If i were you I would contact the BBB to see if this outfit is legit. Then I would CAREFULLY read all of the fine print. ThE scam artists out there are preying on the hard luck that this crippled economy has dealt the country as a whole. Who knows - maybe theres something to it, but be CAUTIOUS! Also, remember - if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
