Interesting move. It was obvious that Puma has been paying more attention to Golf with their sponsorship of Rickie Fowler and others, but getting into the equipment business is a huge leap.

Wonder why I am selling all my Cobra's? Titleist has a new driver that is supposed to be as long as the Pro D? or so I've heard? It will be Achushnet/Cobra technology with Titleist stamp is all

It'll be interesting to see what kind of association, if any, Puma/Cobra will decide to have with long drive. Seems to me that Adams has alot more bite behind their product given it's won the world championship.

Puma might decide to jump into LD, through cobras reputation. It would be great for LD to add a large clothing line that is geared toward a younger generations.
I saw on another site puma had some crazy head designs but that was while ago. So puma must have been thinking about getting into golf for a while. Just think of their choice in colors for their clothes on their drivers.

I've only played the S9-1 Pro D driver, but heck, I just hope that Cobra keeps making quality drivers because this thing launches golf balls like nothing else I've ever hit with.

With all of the trouble titleist has had with the patent infringment it might be easier for acushnet to just sell it. Link to the drivers that I mentioned. http://www.mygolfspy.com/puma-golf-driver/
