Not that anyone up here in Green Bay knows any better, but I tried my best to show them a basic jambalaya on a local morning show.  Check it out. This was the begining of my 16 hour work day.

Why is the news broad doing all the cooking?  Can't you cook and talk at the same time?  Just breaking your balls, cool to see you are a local cooking celebrity up there.  Surprised they didn't want you to put deer meat in it.  Give me a call big man.
