where are the Krankers?

I'm trying to get a hold of Vinny form krank, but I can't seem to succeed

Emails aren't answered and there's nobody on the Krank chat lately.

Did I miss anything?

Vinny went down to Mexico about two weeks ago, he had a little trouble getting back across the border. We are working on getting him back right now.
