Judge rules against Obama regarding birth certificate
Good luck judge!
Well well,a judge with the gonads to bring this to a court house !!!!!!!? (SNOPES confirmed)..

Federal Judge Carter sets Trial Date for Obama's Eligibility!

The expedited trial has been set for Jan. 26, 2010!

Many concerned veterans and citizens attended the hearing in Federal Court in Santa Ana in the lawsuit against Barack Obama to determine his eligibility to be President and Commander in Chief.  About 150 people showed up, almost all in support of the lawsuit to demand that Obama release his birth certificate and other records that he has hidden from the American people.

Judge David Carter refused to hear Obama's request for dismissal. He indicated there was almost no chance that this case would be dismissed. Obama is arguing this lawsuit was filed in the wrong court if you can believe that.  Obama would prefer a "kangaroo court" instead of a Federal court! Assuming Judge Carter denies Obama's motion for dismissal, he will likely then order expedited discovery which will force Obama to release his birth certificate in a timely manner (if he has one).

The judge, WHO IS A FORMER U.S. MARINE, repeated several times that this is A VERY SERIOUS CASE which must be resolved quickly so that the troops know that their Commander in Chief is eligible to hold that position and issue lawful orders to our military in this time of war. He basically said OBAMA MUST PROVE HIS ELIGIBILITY to the court! He said Americans deserve to know the truth about their President!

The two U.S. Attorneys representing Barack Obama tried everything they could to sway the judge that this case was frivolous, but Carter would have none of it and cut them off several times.  Obama's attorneys left the courtroom after about the 90 minute hearing looking defeated and nervous.

Great day in America for the U.S. Constitution!  The truth about Barack Obama's eligibility will be known fairly soon - Judge Carter practically guaranteed it!

Video from the press conference after the hearing coming soon. Congratulations to plaintiffs attorney Dr. Orly Taitz! She did a great job and won some huge victories.  She was fearless!

FALSE

I dislike the man with many...but the ONLY way to bring proper change to our country is to VOTE OUT ALL INCUMBENTS!

Or is everyone just too stupid and ignorant to understand this?

2010 looking better already (if this actually has substance).  Don't care much for the birth cert witch hunt as I seriously doubt he would be dumb enough to not cover his tracks with some type of verification.  But then again,....

Hope he had a nice effing Christmas in Hawaii.  Maybe he should have done what most of the other presidents do during the holidays and visit the troops that are hunting down all the a-holes that are a threat to our country.  The dude is soft, and his inability to be an a$$ kicker will be an undoing for the rest of the American public.

For all of those that love the new president, you might want to check him out on www.teleprompterpresident.com and see how much of a retard robot he is when his eloquence is interupted by malfuntions in the teleprompter and/or can't find were he left off on his speech on the teleprompter.

Uh,...uh,...uh,...but,..uh,...uh,..........wait,....uh,......nice speech dumba$$  Yeah, spoon feed the American people some more of your bllsht that your speech writer created to WOW everybody.  Wake up people.

He will stonewall, duck, dodge, and put off this issue for as long as he can.  My thoughts are if this birth cert issue had any relevance it would have been dropped last year.  But it hasn't gone away,...why is that I wonder?  Time has a way of whittling away the truth.  If this suit did not have any merit the document would have appeared long ago.

It did...with raised seal and all...but the pundits who are insistant in determining its authenticity won't let it go.  just don't vote for any incumbents.  Send a message...and in two years, if there are no improvements, flip it again.

What politician after the year 1960 did not use a teleprompter? It's common practice. Obama is a politician just like every man to step in dc. People make promises and yes they rarely accomplish those goals. If u want to talk about a poor leader look at his predecesor. The guy invaded a country on the false notion of nuclear weapons after thorough un inspection. The way I see it is Obama is doing a half decent job with the chernobyl esq disaster bush left us all. I don't mean to come off as a lefty, but things never change, especially in Washington.

Bush aquired most from Clinton, who was too afraid to do anything...Heck, he "test fired" a missile from the Persian Gulf that detroyed a school for Christ's sake!  And if you remember correctly, Bush did not visit the areas personally, and Saddam refused the UN inspectors 8 months prior to the offensive set forth by President Bush...By the way...The President needs a 2/3rds majority vote in the Senate to declare War...Which was Democrat controlled at that time.  If you think the President has that much control, you are sadly mistaken.

When both President's and Congress' controlling parties are the same, no good can come of it.  Ever hear of checks and balances???

Quit drinkin the kool-aid.

If there was no invasion of Iraq, what other complaints would you have about Bush?

im was not trying to make this a dem vs rep conversation. I am talking president to president. my main point is that obama is now 1 year into his term. thats like judging an LDer's skills on one or two shots out of six in a set. That seems a bit premature, no?

the big picture is all poloticians are scumbags with their own agendas.   dont care who knows one, is one, or likes one.  they are ALL scumbags.  till that changes, nothing will change.  no matter who is president, governor, mayor, or whatever.....the whole system has to change.  i like the comment of voting no incumbants in, that is the only way to find change.  keep flipping it till it works.  maybe my veiw is skewed due to the fact that i live in ny, the most f'ed up state in the country, but thats the way it is.

The only reason you say that is because you don't live in CA. this joke of a state. If you use your  right to bear arms over here you are considered a right wing quack that is a borderline terrorist. If you are a christian or any other religion that disagrees with the gay lifestyle you are accused of a hate crime.

I guess i am just a little frustrated at recent events of completely ignorant people telling me how wrong i am. I dont have a problem with a difference in opinion, like i said just a little heated.

haha, i probably shouldnt of read this post.

On the original topic i am going to take a guess here and say that Obama is a citizen but thank God somebody is actually making him show that he is.

Didn't every other president have to???
