LongDrivers Of Sweden together with Golfverkstan and Örebro Golf Hall considering run the
Swedish open championships indoor longdrive. This will be in Örebro Golf Hall and the simulator is Track Man.
The idea is to run this event in early February
Starting fee is Open 500 Swedish kronor Senior and Lady 500 Swedish kronor - prize money is controlled by number of players.

We need at least 16 in open to run this class
We need at least 6 in Senior to run this class
We need at least 6 in Lady to run this class

This will be in Orebro 20 mil from Arlanda Stockholm and 8 mil from vasteras airport.

To do this event I need to know if some will come so far I know its
only four guys that have mail me about this.

I will have a meeting at 25/12 to set the date

The Swedish Open Indoor Championship is settled.

Winner in this contest indoors on a Trackman was Carl-Johan Hellström beating Peter Carlborg in the matchplay final.

To the quarterfinals, in no particular order, Kari Hyökki, Patrik Andersson, Jörgen Tränk and Leonard Rooney.
It was a good number of contestants with 17 amateurs and 21 pro´s. Ballspeeds in excess of 210 mph was reached by Kari and Carl-Johan. All Trackman data can be accessed from www.ldswe.com. Both amateurs and pro´s.

Thanks to all who made it to Örebro Golfhall and thanks Golfverkstan for making it happen. Congratulations to Carl-Johan for a great show.
