the best advice i can give, is to search and read threw Whats on the internet. Simply put everyone has a different lifestyle and some or most diets are hard to follow on a daily basis, u gotta make the diet work for u and ur lifestyle, if u go head deep into some crazy new diet ur most likely gonna end up quitting on it or cheatin on it all the time,
Just Try a google search and come up with ur own plan.
i always try and use if it has walked, flew, swam or came from the ground eat it, its worked for me so far.
i'm sure other will chime in as well here.

google palumbo diet.  It's not anywhere near easy but it does produce results.  At the start you will feel sluggish with possibility of headaches but after the 2nd week you should have no problems.  I dropped 20 lbs on it, from 225 to 205 and really leaned out.  Important to know though is only use this diet if you have your training in check as well.  If you are doing too much high intensity stuff you will end up using the wrong energy sources and can actually lose some muscularity, so keep any cardio stuff to low intensity.  You can use one cheat meal a week, some do only once every 2 weeks in place of meal #5.  Make sure you do a lot of research on it, I didn't read up too much on it but I have good genetics and my training was spot on.  Hope this helps, and as bonesy said u can easily come up with your own plan as there is tons of info out there and google knows how to get it.
