How'd the day go?  Wish I could have made it out.

Let's hear it.

Anytime you get to hit with the current champ and one of the best in the world it's a good day.  Turns out I knew the head pro there and they where super accommodating.

As far as the hitting went Jamie ended up winning the heel cut stinger contest by about 2 yards over Blenkhorn, Blenkhorn walked away with the hitting the balls out of the air contest with Ryan Hart tossing (which I feel factored into the Blenkhorn victory over yours truly).  Blenkhorn also walked away with the flying clubhead distance down the range, albeit his flew from a right handed swing and mine from a left handed swing but he had me by at least 7 yards.

Jamie was nice enough to let us hit some of his equipment and I must say I was very impressed with the new Adams head.  Felt very solid at impact, made a nice clean sound and the ball flight was optimal.  Let's just say that I would feel confident stepping up to the worlds stage with that head (unless of course I was in Sadlowski's group)

Great day in all, thanks Jesse for bringing some pinnacles to launch, Ryan and me had some good battles and Blenkhorn as always is one of the best guys in the sport not only to watch but for helping everyone out.  Jamie looked dialed in and was very impressive in person, I don't know alot of people in Long Drive but I think he is a perfect example of a good representative for our sport and it is always a pleasure to hang with him.

Gentlemen,

Thanks for letting me hang out and hit golf balls with you fellas. It is not everyday you are able to hit beside the best in the world. Thanks Jamie for your tips and Kevin for the use of your driver.
It is funny, the length and ball flight you guys are hitting is more than impressive, but it is your consistency that really blew me away. The tent on the other side of the range (maybe 10 yards wide) was being assalted with Pinnenapple gernades.
The main thing I took from the session was that I have alot of work to do....

Good Luck in Worlds!

Regards

Ryan

I had alot of fun hitting with all you guys.   Evenone was hitting the ball pretty good.  Jamie seemed to hit every ball pretty hard.   Hopefully the range kids find some of the 100 balls that went through the end of the range.
