No and I won't be trying it either, broken wrist or hand just waiting to happen!  That is really cool though, wonder if a lot of the guys in the majors can do that, almot looks like an illusion.  Neat find Wig, see you next weekend, afternoon round.

I showed this video to the 10 year old baseball team I coach and they all got a kick out of it.  After 3 days of practice my son can now do it about 75% of the time.  The other 25% of the time he has very sore knuckles!   Grin

I've hit myself on the inside of my left wrist several times which seems strange.  So, I'm working on it with my left hand out of the way.  I can usually catch it with my right hand, and I'll add the left hand later.

I think I'll try it with a driver.  If I don't have to go to the hospital, it will be an accomplishment. :-)
