I just spoke with Bart Hartsell and he informed me that there are hardly any signups for his tournament this year. That is astonishing to me. Anybody who has never been to his tournament is truly mising out. He literally pays a third of the field and you are treated extre,ly well the entire time you are there. so all you new guys that wanna see if you have it or not this is a great field and a grat place to get your feet wet.10,000 gauranteed to the winner. 500.00 entry and he pays you 100.00 of your entry fee back at the end just for hitting in the pro am. he has a remax qualifier after the pro am and it is a great time with a great group of guys to be had. his number is 423-823-0700.the deadline is may 22 so there is a couple of weeks still.

I'll be there.  Just filled out my form and sending it in tomorrow.  Great event.  If you went to Shanks and enjoyed it, you definitely need to head to Bart's event!

I might be reaching here but there is a bit of an economy issue right now, that could be the answer to why folks are reluctant to pony up $500 plus expenses.  $500 is a lot of money to many people and these days when things are tight, independent LD money events are probably very low on peoples lists of priority expenditures.  Mortgage, car payment, utilities and oh yeah, food might take precedence.  Just a thought.

not trying to stir the pot here guys but you do get 100 of your entry back just for hitting in the pro am. its just like you do at any charity event. sit on the hole and hit a few balls for each group.so now your entry is at 400. again, not trying to stir the pot here but this is by far the best bang for your buck.

I talked with Bart a few days ago, and I will be heading down to Tenn from Chicago area.  I cant wait to hit there.  I have talked with a few people and they say that you are treated like Royalty down there for this event.  1st Class all the way.
Looking forward to it!

Here is Kristie's name and contact info.  I am not sure of her exact title, but she gave me all the info that I needed when I called her.  She will email you info or mail it to you as well, very nice lady.  Bart had directed me to her when I called him and asked him questions.
