Complete results from Shanks Shootout

First I would like to Thank all of the giveaway sponsors of Shanks Shootout, GEEK, HOF, KRANK, ALPHA, AOG, NEIL SIMPSON OF PGW, SMT, GORILLA GOLD, 1ST TEE ENERGY BAR, ZERO FRICTION, BIONIC GLOVES, without you guys supporting longdrive with your great products, it would be tough to have any events.

2nd, Thanks to ALL the competitors for coming down and making this one event that will be hard to be forgotten. The final 8 really put on a clinic of raw power, and for those who missed it, well, you missed one hell of a final.

3rd, Thanks to Robbie Biershank and his grid workers for helping run this event smoothly. You guys are the best in my book.

Hopefully everyone who was there enjoyed themselves, because I enjoyed getting this event together.

The temp was a cool 94* with about 70* humidity, winds were swirling/changing directions thruout the day which made for a great battle to get into the final 8.

In the finals, the temp was a cool 80* with no wind and very little humidity, ideal conditions for hitting these types of numbers. I couldn't have scripted a better final matchup. Leads did not last long. It was by far the most exciting final that I have ever seen in longdrive. Congrats to all for making this event one I will definately be proud of participating in and organizing as well. See everyone at next years Shanks Shootout, it will be bigger and better than ever, I guarantee it!
