I will be gathering discounted hotel information on Monday and post them as I get them. I thought I would have some by this week, but I was a little busy at work, and yesterday was a day with the kids.

I'm pushing for the Embassy suites, for most if not all of us to stay. They have a happy hr, from 5-7pm, swimming pool, excersize room.

I would need to know how many people need rooms and for what days they are needed. The more people I can get for 1 hotel, the better the price, so let me know.

See everyone in a few week.

There are only a few rooms left at Embassy. You need to hurry if you want a room. My block will be cancelled on Thursday. In my block, there are 2 doubles and 5 kings left, but the hotel has more if needed.

Mike, I'll be staying Friday and Saturday nights.  Prefer the Embassy.

If anyone wants to, you can occasionally Priceline 4-star in the area and get Embassy for $60-70.  I know it worked for when I was in Atlanta a few years ago.

Ok here we go.

I have Super 8 at $54.00 per night for a single room
$63.00 per night for a double

includes excersize room and continental breakfast

310 Butler road
Mauldin SC 29662
1-864-751-0003

Embassy Suites at $109.00 per night for either double or king beds.

includes HAPPY HOUR(s) breakfast, excersize room.

I need to know if you guys are interested in Embassy Suites, so that they could send over agreement for me to sign.  Regular rates are $159.00, web special is $139.00. There is a convention in town, which made the rates higher than last year, but it is a much better/cleaner, hotel.  I need to let them know by Thursday, how many I need.

You can also go on your own, if you want.

Good afternoon Mr. Brody-

Thanks so much for choosing Embassy Suites to host the overnight guests attending the Shank Shoot Out!  As per our conversation, I’ve attached an agreement outlining the details of your stay with us for your review.  If everything looks okay, please sign it and return it to me to activate your room block.  I’ve also attached a credit card authorization form, since we will need a credit card number to guarantee the rooms.  The card will not be charged and as all the guys call in to make their reservations they will give their own credit card to guarantee their rooms.   Please encourage your guests to call our reservations line at 864-678-7126 and mention the Shank Shootout when making reservations. Please feel free to call with any questions.

Best wishes-

Katie

Please read above posts about booking rooms at Embassy Suites. There is a number to call to make the reservations under Shanks Shootout. There are a limited amount of rooms, so get them while you can.

I'm booked for the Embassy. If anyone else is left to book, they have only 2 double bed setups, and if it matters, non-smoking only with those rooms.  This is as of 3:10p (Eastern time) on April 20.
