golf shoes

Can anyone tell me what the name is for shoes with screw-thread spikes?
I got the plastic ones where you need to turn the spikes to click them in the shoe, but after a wile of walking without one (yes i know thats not the way to go with the shoes but i didn't notice) the part where used to be a spot for my spike vanished.

I kinda figure that you wont lose spikes so easy when you got screw-thread.
