Well, not bad fast hands in a good way. It would be good to see it from straight behind you instead of just in the front. The biggest thing for you to work on would be the movement. You stand up as you are swinging, but you stay there so its not as bad. Your lower body has a lot of movement. You slide back on that backswing and slide back through on the down swing. With all this movement it makes it difficult to be consistent. Keeping your lower body quieter would be the first thing to work on.

hey jk thanks for the info i had a feeling that my lower body movements were kinda out of sync after i looked at the videos. Probably pick those up from playing hockey for 20 years. The mats there were moving as i was on my downswing. It was my first time out in a few months. Thanks again for the info , sometimes it better to hear from others

ooh careful with the mat moving, that can get dangerous in a hurry, i have twinged my back on a mat that moved around a lot, and my dad actually threw his out for a couple weeks.

BMC Chopper,
For what its worth, I think that you are leaning over the ball too much. Step forward a little and straighten your posture a bit. Little handzy also. Rotate around your "Lower" COG (Center Of Gravity) with your left arm as straight as you can instead of "Swaying" if you know what I mean. Back and forth motion loses distance.
