well, i haven't noticed any difference between them and zero friction tees on distance with a Sky Caddie. I just prefer the look of the stinger tees.

im telling you, their too hard to get a brand new lda ball to stay on them when the clock is running. Lda supplies 4 inch tees at the district level I think. If you are looking for them to practice with go buy a rubber tee they use on the mats and get something like a nail to hold it down. All you need is one tee Save your money

I agree with Stew.
Being a newbie,I have a hard enuff time teeing on a bottle cap.
I've tried stingers i found on the range,Work ok,break easily.
If your nerves are made of steel,& you never shake,Stingers may be right for you.
I prefer Zero frictions because of cost. After the 1st. day of competition,They're laying all over the place.
They last longer than any other.
I found some tees i had'nt seen before,Look like mini darts.I wonder who uses them?
Just my thoughts. REV

My Dad still reminds me how funny it was watching me try to tee up the ball on Stingers at my first district a few years ago. I was so nervous! I totally agree, total crap tees for competition, even if you are not shaking they are hard to tee up. For my money, 4 inch Zero Friction are the way to go, no doubt. Not to mention they last forever, Stingers break like tooth picks.
