I dont know much about the club, i think golfsmith.com has some info on it though. Yesterday I went to the Minnesota Golf Show and I got to hit it in the indoor driving range. From the few balls I hit, it felt like a solid club. The balls were not normal golfballs though, (they said the ball will go half as far as a normal ball) but the club still felt good, and look good at adress. Once spring rolls around here, I think i might pick one up for the heck of it.

I Hit it at the PGA show in Florida! It is a good looking head and is designed for long drive! The only problem is I hit a 5.5 degree head and that is not even close to what I normally use! The only way I could it in the the air was to hit a cut but felt very solid! This meant my ball speeds where down so really can not give a good opinion! The one thing I do not like is the only way to get it  is through Sellinger Power golf!

Here is the Latest on the NEW LDA ADAMS GOLF XTD DRIVERS & the GRAPHITE DESIGN "THROTTLE"

The Adams Golf LDA Prototype 9016D XTD Drivers should be ready to go April 1st.

They will be available in a 5.5, 6.5, 7.5 and 8.5 lofts in a 195 gram head.  6.5, 7.5 & 8.5 will be available in Left handed.

An LDA Prototype 9015D will also be available in 8.5, 9.5 & 10.5 degree lofts...

Both drivers a gorgeous, deep faced, low spin monsters that set up SQUARE.

While the 9016D is designed for extreme swing speeds and are Long Drive Specific

We also wanted to offer the 9015D for the average guy...designed for Mid to high swing speeds and designed for a shorter finished length..."The Exceptional Driver" Model.

The NEW Graphite Design LDA Throttle was designed with the New Adams Driver in mind.

2 Models:

The 47" THROTTLE is preferred by the stiff tip enthusiast, the early release flipper high launch type'o-guy.  The guy that's not afraid... of anything!  Or, the golfer looking for a low penetrating ball flight with tight dispersion.  There have been numerous "LD" shafts out there that support the "monster swingers".  Our (GDI) initiative is to provide the full package.  Distance, accuracy, optimum launch and spin characteristics, and of course the hallmark description of our brand: "superior feel" unmatched by any graphite golf shaft manufacturer.

The 48" EXCLUSIVE LDA THROTTLE is for the elite long drive competitor.  The fact its based off the 47" Prototype Model 702 which has numerous victories on the LDA circuit gave birth to this exclusive shaft for the LDA membership.  The LDA THROTTLE will be manufactured exclusively for the membership of LDA in limited (and I truly mean limited) quantities.

We will keep you posted as more updates are available.

thanks again for your patience and support of Long Drivers of America.

It will be worth the wait!

No one is more excited than we are!
