with no disrespect to opinions here. First you say that the LDA would fold with out the support of Remax, OK but I am sure Art would find the replacement. Second instead of wondering about sponsors just go find one or ten, don't care. And third I am in business and live by one rule. There are 2 people , one thinks he can and the other thinks he can't and they're both right. Find your sponsors , it is easy . And if you cant , I hate to say it but find another means of better or supplemental income. Stay positive.

Kind of like the Little League World Series in a way. Pool A and B consist of only American teams, International teams in Pools C and D, thus giving an American team a spot in the finals. I don't think the LDA is showing bias for competitors from the US but it is somewhat relative.

I don't recall from the thread who said it, but I do agree that the "World" Championship should be one that moves from venue to venue.

Magoo, well thought out response!

Paulk, from my own experience in locals and districts. INternational competitors can go to the US or Canada to compete. I went to the US a couple of times and competed in locals and district finals. I have also been at district finals here in Canada competing against guys from the US and Mark Bylsma from Australia.
