All long drivers:
The following dates are available to hold the Battle at Beaumont.

Saturday, June 10
Saturday, June 17
Please rank your preference/availability to compete.
1 being your first preference,
2 being your alternate and
3 being your last choice.

We will create a page on our web site (
www.ldgatour.com/dateselection.html) to report the results. Please include your phone number so that we can confirm your 'vote.' The day with the largest consensus exceeding 24 players will be the date of the event.
Once the date is set this is what the LDGA will do:
1.) Rent the range.
2.) Provide the organization to run the show.
3.) Provide the balls for competition.
4.) Provide range balls for warm up.
5.) Provide the trophy.
6.) Add money to the prize pot and guarantee the purse to be more than 100% of the entry fees collected.
This contest will be open to players in the following divisions:
OPEN - $500
SENIOR (45 +) - $350
AMATEUR - $200 (Competing in Open or Senior division).
Prize purse:
More than 100% of all entry fees collected.
DETAILS
24 players competing
Top eight paid. First place pays 27.5%, eighth place pays 4.5%.
36 players competing
Top twelve paid. First place pays 22.5%, twelfth place pays 3%.
Amateurs limited to $750 maximum prize (USGA regulations).
PLAYER COMMITMENT:
A.) Choose a date (above) where at least 24 players will compete.
B.) Prepay your entry fee by the payment due date once the date is set.
C.) Bring your best game to the contest.
