Two gunshots, 4 Blood clots in my right leg and a pulmonary embolism in my right lung

Such sad news, I heard he died of a pulmonary embolism and I remember him posting this way back in 2009.

R.I.P. Steve Magan, you were a hard guy to spar with on this site and a great guy to have a beer with in Mesquite, a true longdrive legend who will be sorely missed  :'(

Prayers for his family.  Steve always said what was on his mind and was a tough competitor. Taken too soon and will be missed

I am so very sorry to read about Steve's passing. I always enjoyed seeing Steve and his dad at various qualifiers when he was 18 or 19. Over the years I was able to get to know Steve much better personally and he always made me smile. Steve had a few warts and wrinkles but his heart was true and always out for all to see. The St. Louis Long Drive Team lost it's most colorful character.

My sincere condolences to Steve's family and friends.
