Is there any life left in this site!?
« on: September 02, 2018, 07:49:49 PM »
Ok show me there is still some life left in this site and make a pick for the winner of the Open Division.

Your last 16 are:

Will Hogue, Ben Tuaone, Jim Waldron, Jeff Gavin

Justin Moose, Maurice Allen, Teemu Pikanten, Bryan Kelly

Josh Cassaday, Tim Burke, Stephen Kois, Ryan Reisbeck

Kyle Berkshire, Ryan Steenberg, Mark Costella, Kevin Shook

Congratulations to all these fantastic long drivers and I'm going with Kyle Berkshire who has shown phenomenal improvement this year  8)

Not much life left Power, worlds tomorrow & no buzz at all, anyway I'll pick Kyle Berkshire, if he can keep it in the grid.

pulling for Jeff. unfortunately no longer has the horsepower to get it.
Birkshire win
Hogue second
Big Joe will be missed. he's been routine for the finals for a long time.

Paddles are out , life support is on full alert
I’d love to see that old man GAVIN pull out all the lucky charms needed to finally win an OPEN after his long career in the sport!!
Houge has had an amazing season and would be a great champion anytime!
Kois has managed to find some massive balls when needed at some events over last two years

Congrats to all hitting still and trying to win it all!

Yes where's the buzz, Masters Division has started and it looks like they are finally going to televise the final  8)

Frank has hit a massive 401 yards but it looks like he's out, tell me it isn't so!

Mike Bauman just hit the longest drive of the entire tournament at 410 yards, SMT is scratching his head wondering why he is not in the final 16 of the Open division  ;D

Master's were tough this year. A lot of great hitting and the pack was tight to make top 8. Congrats to all that got through and certainly to Fast Eddie and Jeff Gavin. Will be a great match up tonight!

Jeff Gavin is in the final 16 of the Open Division, Fast Eddie has the longest drive of the tournament with 418 yards, how hard is it to win the Masters Division :o

Houge looks tuff to beat
Wet grid won’t run out much
Gavin can hit it high
Will be interesting to see
Think miller would have done great in an all carry contest
Don’t know if Burke can hit it high enough

Dang. Shook killed it. Good set 4 in the grid. That’s long drive. I feel for ya. You hit it awesome. And looked like a monster out there. Nice job Shookie!

When is Jack Hamm hitting?

Shook got screwed big time.  What a set, and what a ball at 396 all carry.  round of 16 should be shootout.  maybe even round of eight.  then align it with the Final Four for match play.

What a sport longdrive is, after watching Kyle Berkshire in Tennessee I thought he had turned a corner but last night he reverted back to his OB set.

Tim Burke has been there, seen it, done it, and I think that experience will go a long way under the lights tonight.
