Program Sign-up Purchases
Each professional competitor that wishes to participate must pay a sign up fee of $1500.00 , and sign the SMT Commitment Agreement.
In addition to the cash compensation opportunity, each competitor purchasing this package will receive the following:
50% off additional apparel
Free SMT embroidery on any current apparel
$30 off retail prices on all additional clubhead purchases
20% off all other SMT products
Compensation Details
All Participants must be active competitive members of the LDA of America.
World Champion Open Division payouts will be 12 equal monthly payments.
World Champion Senior, Super Senior & Ladies Division Payouts - Two equal monthly payments.
Players will only collect payouts based on final standings of any event.
Television Appearance money requires a copy of the appearance sent to SMT Golf on tape, with SMT logo clearly visible and/or SMT Golf verbally acknowledged by player.
Important Payout Information
SMT Golf will set up a ?Bank Account? for each and every ?Platinum Player?, and all payouts from the above list will be deposited immediately into your account based on the final standings for each event.
All ?Platinum Player? winnings will be paid out after the season ending 2004 LDA Tour Championship results are posted.
Any player that signs this agreement is required to use SMT club heads in all competitions and exhibitions for the duration of the 2004 season.
This payout plan has been created only to protect SMT Golf from any last minute efforts by competitors to get you to switch to their equipment.
Any ?Platinum Player? that is found to have used a head other than an SMT product, in any event or exhibition, LDA sanctioned or otherwise, will immediately forfeit ALL monies that they have accumulated year to date and will have been considered to have broken this agreement with SMT Golf. Furthermore, any player that breeches this agreement will not be eligible for any future prize money payouts or benefits of this program, regardless of equipment brand used to finish out the 2004 season.
