This was a fun one to do,
Random drawing based on number of page visits. One page visit equals one ballot. So, mathematically this should work out to the most active people having the best chance to win the shaft.
It seemed to work, these guys were on the site alot, counting for almost 4000 page visits between them. Saltee, Willie, and Casey.
