Only being 5'7" tall and 12 stone, i feel i'm already up against it.  Having seen the size of some of the Swedes and Americans is there anything i can be focusing on to increase the length of my drives.

Fitness, stamina, strength etc are there any good programs out there i could follow. Made it some how to the European Finals and i know i need to improve greatly to compete with you big guys.

See you in Dublin

At 12 stone ( If i can recall from my Rugby Union days = ~240 lbs) I would hate to hit against BIG E !!

Current emphasis is on developing ther abdominal stabilizers necessary for core strength and balance, (swedish ball etc) full range of motion strength w flexibility w/ a regimen focused on fast twitch muscle fiber recruitment for explosive quickness and coordination.  I have found some of the various air resistance trainers to be simple, helpful and activity specific...Ron
