Sounds like this is going to be a great weekend.

Where do the 4 non buy-in spots for the open pro division come from.  Do you earn entry into it with the qualifiers?

Thanks

Andy

Andy,
I believe the remaining 4 spots come from the top non-exempt hitters in the local qualifiers (4 qualifiers). Should be a great weekend from the buzz that I am hearing about this event and Rockwell being on board.

Andy,

The 4 available non-buy in spots are for the longest drive in each of the 4 qualifiers.  If you pre-pay for the event and then you end up being the longest in one of the qualifiers you would get your buy-in refunded to you.

I will be attending this event since I just paid my $250 for the pro division.  I guess that only leaves 13 buy in spots left so you had better hurry.  There has been some interest shown from a few different guys but I don't know if they've actually signed up yet.  I will try to get a confirmation from them and find out if they're ok with announcing their names.

To sign up for the pro, women's and junior divisions you have to go to events.rockwelltime.com and sign up through their website.  You can use a paypal account or pay with a debit/credit card.

I show you're signed up and another guy signed up this morning as well, Barry Fulk.  Spoke to another guy yesterday that will sign up today or tomorrow so we are going to be running through this pretty quickly I think.

Are you going to be doing the local qualifiers as well?

Matt McCarthy also signed up today as well.   That's three buy-in spots filled this week.  There are only left and we're still six weeks out.

FYI- Just wanted to let you know that we changed the format a little for the Open and Senior division, you can now pre-register for a spot in that portion of the event like the pro division. Open and Senior divisions are only $40 to enter.  The changes will be up on the events page shortly, maybe tonight.  http://events.rockwelltime.com/category/long-drive-registration  This way you can participate for sure if you are planning to come to the Super Q and not have to be in the top 5 of each local to participate.

There are still a few spots left for the pro division.  There are quite a few for the open amateur and senior divisions.

The pro division has now been filled for this event but there are still a lot of open and senior amateur spots available for those that are planning to come out for the super Q part of the event and not the pro division.
