Not one reply.  I guess it's true what they say, after 45 years your wash-up and useless.

Sam,

When is the close of registration for the Buy-In Divisions, for the World Finals?  I think it was July 15th last year.

I respect anyone putting on an event but u seemed annoyed noone in senior's is signing up. U say 800 if u win, so basically I win and lose 700 after expenses? This event is for guys within 50 miles of the event maybe u don't have hitters that close. I hope I don't sound like a jerk but explain how its worth it

Kevin, I will take entries the day of the tournament.  Show up and hit. Yes I think July 15 is the last day for registration.

George, I'm not annoyed, just my way of trying to put a fired under some of the seniors to come and hit.  If your looking for a profit, this tournament is not for you, if your looking for a good time with fellow long drivers then you might want to come.  Guy's I'm not trying to make anyone mad, but start something we can all enjoy.  I get entries from 600 miles and closer and if they win they might break even, but they still come.  Each person has to decide if it's worth it for him.

Some seniors ask me to do a tour event.  I will, but I need to know if their are enough hitters out there that will come.  There are just to many things that go into getting a tour event ready.

George, you didn't sound like a jerk, thanks for you reply and good luck to everyone this year.  Power, thanks for catching that typo.

Sam. Last year your exemptions to the buy in divisions were in May or June. I think the deadline to pay for these divisions is early July, as in previous years. So, I am guessing this is strictly a money event, correct? Any good news about Charlie Thomas, and his recovery from shoulder surgery?

Yes this is a money event, so make sure you get registration done before the event.  Charlie is doing great and will be here on July 14.  He just now started hitting and should  be ready by July.  Not sure if he will hit in more than one event, just depends on how strong his shoulder is.

388, what division or divisions will you hit in?  We now have 17 Long Drivers that plan to hit in one or more divisions.

Sam, what all do you need from me, besides my money? I am 1000% in Senior Only. Any guess on start time for Senior event?

Brian, an e-mail address so I can update you and the others on my list.  Seniors will start after Legends, GC and SS around 2pm.  I'm guessing Legends 9 to 10:30, GC 10:30 to 12, SS 12 to 1:30. Round 1 format will be 3 sets of 6 ball, then 2 sets and 1 set.

Charlie Thomas is a Grand Champion now? If his shoulder is healed....Wilson/Dempsey/and others had better watch out.
