Hey guys, this is my second year in this sport and just wanted to get an idea of some opinions. Obviously most places are warmer than normal this time of year. So, what is the coldest temps you would practice in outdoors? I ask this with the mindset of cracking faces.

On behalf of all manufacturers you should never, ever, ever hit balls in less then 75 degrees.  And only hit balatas.

I practice outdoor, not hitting the ball just swinging, down to probably 12-15 fahrenheit

I've heard the chances of breakage increases under 60 degrees. But if it's 55* in January, I'm not going to waste the chance to go hit balls.

Range balls are going to be a factor also- some of them are real rocks and can do some damage
real cold temps will shorten the life and make them more vulnerable- separate some practice clubs from ' gamer' clubs and use those
Wouldn't worry about 50* + up with most but don't take risks with ' gamers'
