The Official Geek warranty...effective immediately...Jan. 16th, 2012.

The following will go into effect today:

This concerns anything stamped on sole 6* and 7.5*. All 9*, 10.5*, 12* and 14* are covered with the 'old' warranty i.e. no replacement cost.

All heads stamped 6*/7.5* will be replaced with a $30.00 replacement charge on each head returned. This charge is to the 'original' buyer only! You may be asked for proof of purchase...so keep your receipt(s). I will not warranty secondary sales !

This $30.00 is still below my cost. You pay postage to me on send back....and I pay postage to you. We will discuss on best way to handle overseas...I cannot eat freight on overseas warranty. But, we will discuss this issue.

All heads must be returned to get replaced. In some cases, I sent the heads under warranty to the player and never received the broken head(s) back. That is unacceptable!

I discussed this with Mark R. at length and we both feel this is the fairest way to continue on in this manner.

Full Staffers policy will be handled in-house on a individual basis the same as Associate Staffers. There will be incentives regarding FS and AS...down the road...achievement means something, obviously. Some Associate Staffers will move up to Full Staff status and some Full Staffers will move to Associate status.

Geek must be realistic in addressing this matter if it expects to stay and support Pro LDing. We cannot continue to eat all the heads and do what we do to support LD!
