Just want to get an idea of what you guys use when you're traveling by plane?

I need to get a decent travel bag for this season and want to make sure it will fit full length drivers etc. Also needs the to be available in Europe.

Thanks,

Matt

Matt,

Look at the following link. I bought this one last year. They're based in the UK. I could fit my 10" staff bag in there with 7 full LDA length drivers. Instead of a stiff arm I use three broom sticks wich I just stick in the staff bag (keep them a little longer than the drivers. Plenty of space left for other stuff, like shoes clothes etc. Give them a call and ask if they can still get some or if they know who can.

This is the same bag as the CG Last Bag XL.

Cheers,
Johan

Steve,

$135 is about £90, well within price-range, depending on shipping.

Toddo is correct - the "tour Rep" version is the only one that fits tonnes of drivers in it - the normal xxl is a proper sqeeze to get more than a couple in really

the normal xxl will hold 7 full 50" drivers with your staff bag.. you put two in head first, then 5 normal upright position. put socks on the heads as headcovers will make it to bulky up top to zip closed.(i put my headcovers in the side pouch in the XXL) the real risk is when the TSA inspects them they NEVER get them back in properly to close. i always use the stiff arm and have never had a broken club in 11 round trips.

I bought a Samsonite hardcase from Golf Galaxy in Vegas. It is 54" inside. Easy to fit 10 drivers in, not sure they sell that in europe.
