As it will be a mobile setup which can be hooked onto any beamer in any existing indoor simulator venue (with the usual crappy simulators), there also could be one in other locations..  (Paris, London, Barcelona, Stockholm?)

Amsterdam Venue/ Tournament info
-Full bar / restaurant.
-3 Fullswing simulators for warming up
-1 GC2 simulator for event. (Awesome, perfect speed/spin/ballflight model, best player wins)
Forget all the crappy simulators you have ever hit on! (which are all of them till now)
-Balls:  Pinnacle Gold Distance (balls are provided)
-Max 24 players.
-Format: 1 on the tee 7 balls 3.30 min, double knockout whole field. (Not in pools of 8 but over whole field.New idea, not a lot of wind in the GC2)
-Entry fee 200EURO, for 18 February main event
All entry fees go to price money, i'll take care of all the costs involved..
1st : 40% (1.920 euro at 24 players)
2nd : 18% 864 euro at 24 players)
3rd / 4rd : 9% (432 euro at 24 players)
5/8th : 6% : (288 euro at 24 players)

Special price for the longest drive of event.
Special price for the shortest drive of event. (Gotta think about Yvan  ;-)

So now please all tell me you will come to Amsterdam 18 February, otherwise you will miss the first real indoor Longdrive tournament ever!
Pre-registering via responding to this thread. / facebook / email (martijn at dutchitsolutions.nl)Please do mention your real name if you have a vague alter-ego on this website...
I am working on a sweet hotel deal, will update this post on that later.

Serious suggestions welcome. (Not too funny in this thread, i really want to make this a success)
My main focus for this first event is creating concensus between longdrivers that an indoor event can be great with a actual simulator that is true to feel and very precise.
I know all other simulators out there so far are just fun things, i've tried them all. I would never organize a serious event on those.

ps1
All players will receive afterwards a full history of all their shot data. (ballspeeds, launch angles, spin-numbers)
You will be confronted with your real numbers though, no gimmies... So all people claiming those 210+mph ballspeeds from a fullswing / HDgolf simulators and 150mph ss from those ss-readers be ready for your real Trackman/GC2 numbers....    ;-)

ps2 Please do mention if you are a lefty!
