Joe,
I never knew you lost your dad and for you to win the Remax World Championship in the manner you did was truly amazing. I thought your story was the best thing about the whole show. I am truly a  spiritual guy and I know that is exactly what you dad wanted was you there and I believe brakes come to the people that are the most deserving. That bounce is hard to describle to people. A high cut that bounces left and rolls out. Joe Miller I hate to hear you lost your father being a father of two young boys. Congrats again to you Joe.

Joe Miller is a great guy.  I had the privilege to spend time with him this last year.  He never once told me about his Dad.  I didn't know until I saw the show.  I describe Joe as not only a physical stud, but caring, a great communicator and when he walks in a room, everyone knows it.  A special guy for sure.  We need more Joe Miller's in this Sport for sure.  Kevin, thanks for making the post.

It seems no one else knew what Joe had been through apart from those closest to him and after watching the bio on him yesterday I must echo what others have said, it makes his win all the more amazing! Smiley

I'm not sure if Joe comes on here but if you do Joe you're an inspiration to us all, showing us that if you want something enough it is there for you to take.

The head Geek speaks of the Brass factor and handling presusure, well that's your example right there! a young man doing it the hard way, making it to the TV rounds and holding it together to win and as we now know only weeks after losing his dad.

Well done Joe. it will be a honour to meet you sometime.

I agree Bull!

Big props to Joe!

I would also add that after meeting and getting to know Andreas Pearson, Janos Utila, Patrick Anderson and some of the other Euro guys I find myself pulling hard for them to do well.

I think the sport is better with Joe and Patrick and the boys from across the pond competing and doing well. They are talented and very fun on the tee and off the tee. Just like you there Bull!
Congrats to Joe and all the Euro's on a very good year and here's to more success for you all in 2012.
