joe millers 5th ball in the semi finals flew 433 yards in the air!!! only went 452. but that has to be the longest ball carry ever.

is it?

I think we are talking about real records in competition.  Not some unofficial pick a good day, hit as many as you can, don't know what ball he used, legal or illegal club, hear say BS.  WTF is Zolex by the way? 

Since his Hammer is not USGA reg, IT IS NOT A RECORD.    pow!

Safe to say Joe holds it.

If Scott's drive did not carry 430+
That means it rolled over a hundred
Plus yards and that seems unlikely

So even though I am not for sure
I bet his ball flew 450 at least

This thread and any talk of this has zero purpose or validity. All it would or could possibly be is the longest carry hit on that grid that was televised. Might as well add "on a Friday" to that equation. I'll bet that Joe doesn't care either.

Great job to Joe making it back to the "finals" and having a chance of defending.

I guess grinch and gringo are pretty close after all.

we all know relativity plays an immeasurable role in the sport of longdrive.  Apples to apples that might have been the biggest carry ever.  one of them for sure.
