That's a great move on the LDA's part. Thankyou Art, Mike, Rod and Staff. And to Steve Wiley for his patience for listening to us. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all of you in Texas that make it happen for all of us who love Long Drive. Your is the BEST venue on the planet. I sure all who have little ones will like being at home with their kids on Halloween. Also the chance for better weather conditions. Thanks, John Kikes

Maybe if they are going to move the dates from year to year (and IMO rightfully so after that wind!) the LDA would consider calling the the qualifying age for the birthday year as apposed to actual age when the compition starts?

Just a thought as it's the same issue we came against with Kari's Soderby event and the Aldila Matchplay, both parties agreed that if you are of qualfying age during next year then you qualify for seniors.

Just a thought.

I agree on calender year, I missed my division by a week this year, no advantage there, now next year I will be a year older than the " newbies".
