There is a lot of great equipment out there and you really need to find what fits you and your swing. For a starting place, it's hard to argue with results...that being said, Krank has dominated most everything in the past year or two. As far as a shaft, HOF has a great track record, Aldila has a nice list of accomplishments and the firewire/livewire have gotten good results and UST had a tremendous showing at Worlds. There isn't a clear cut answer, but purely based on track record, I would start with the listed equipment. On the other hand, you may try the Krank head out and realize it doesn't fit YOU and Geek or Adams or Acropolis or Bang or MOI or Taylor Made or Cobra or
