Did you know that he is "the only golfer on the Planet to still average over 400 yards off the tee"!

I guess he doesn't go to the World's because he wants someone else to have those unremarkable RE/MAX titles...he is giving you guys a chance...his gift to you!!!

What a great guy he is!!!

Jack........Your da' best!  .....and your 'real' too!   What a Man!  And your clubhead design work is unsurpassed...Da' Man is a Genius!

Steve,
Slowly put the wine glass & crack pipe down and go check yourself into Happy Trails Rehab Center. Now we know why there's no drug testing for owners of component companies. Happy Holiday's from Mr. Poker

Jack Hamm Secret Revealed.....(posted somewhere in 2009) but still worth a read.

Jack Hamm learned the secret to golf and long-driving during a visionquest. As a 16 year-old boy, Jack traveled to the darkest reaches of Asia, where he sought truth, purpose, and the answer to one question: how do you hit a golf ball 500 yards. His journey took him to the Himalayas, where he engaged in a death-match with a 200 year old Yeti. After Jack defeated the Yeti with a rear naked choke, the Dali Lama gave him a ring of power, and told him to seek out the Shao Lin monks for training. It is during his time learning the Shao Lin way that Jack got a glimpse of the secret to power. His Master, Wong Drive, teed up a ball and struck a shot 200, maybe 210 with an 9 iron. He told Jack he must focus his qi, or "chi", and breathe through his eyes to focus his power on the ball. Jack, now able to breathe through his eyes and hold that breath for 5 minutes, traveled back to the US to show the world his long-driving skills. He saves us the trip to Asia by making fantastic products like the Hammer driver and Longball golf balls available for purchase. Jack holds numerous long drive records, can reverse dunk an 11 foot basketball goal, run a 4.0 40 yard dash, bench press 450, is fluent in German, Spanish, Zulu, and 5 Chinese dialects, and during the full moon can levitate...

Funny stuff...but, so are his golf clubs and his latest boasts.  I think most consumers, hopefully, do not buy into his presented as factola.

So much blatant statements on the site.

I just saw on the ebay where a shop is trying to unload their entire stock of Hammer drivers.  You can pick up 500 of these bad boys for a measley $2,000.  Amazing deal.  Think about it...a lifetime of "POW!"

That is $4.00 per........................

I once figured that he has about 12.00/14.00 or so in each club including assembly.  After making a ton and then bailing at $4.00 per..........Not bad!

I don't think Jack Hamm is a 100% bulls*it artist.  More like 98%.  There are a few truths.

He does appear in Guinness and does hold a couple of world records, notably for carry distance.  Yes it appears he set them at Highland Springs Ranch in Colorado, probably around 7500 feet or so and probably hit on an extreme downhill hole.  But these conditions wouldn't let just anyone fly a ball 480 or whatever it was.  You still have to have some type of ability.

He actually has a good swing and was at one time a very powerful athlete.  I don't think a reasonable person can question that he could in his prime carry a golf ball consistently over 300 yards.  I'm not giving him 400 however - don't get me wrong.  I'm not giving him 165 clubhead speed or whatever he claims, but I will credit him with 125+.

His 'upside down' shaped driver is actually not that terrible of a club.  Although the marketing is completely full of untruths, the club performs reasonably well.  It has a pretty high CoM and therefore hits a real penetrating ball.  The hollow driver with 0 CC's is the biggest piece ever though, IMO.

There is science behind the 'POW' yelling idea....the same physiological response behind a 'Kee-ai' in martial arts.  It is called a Valsalva Manouver and it helps stabilize the trunk so that the limbs can apply more force.

Other than these points, Hamm is a complete, well, ham. Cheesy

Oh, man.... Steve.... Dude... My brothahhhhh! You are entitled to your opinion... so am I though!

I actually bought one of those drivers about 8-10 years ago. First swing I cracked it all the way around the hosel. I sent it back and they replaced it. Second swing... I cracked it all the way around the hosel.

It's a horrible club.

Mr. Garber...

I think you yelled POW too loud!  With my subpar clubhead speed I have no problems with cracking clubheads!  You see, that special 'Zolex' material is just too advanced for your swing.

Hell, for $50 or so, it isn't all that terrible!  And you get a free 3 wood to explode with it!

I am jack hamm's love child. He knocked my mom up from over 6000 yards away.  I saw him one time he looked at me and said "pow? Pow, pow, pow pow?" I responded "pow! Pooooowwwwww!" We shared a powerful hug. And he walked away. I tried to do the remax this year but I failed the drug test, when they took my blood it wasn't blood at all just pure testoserone. That was the blessing and the curse I have being papa hamm's son. Not I sit alone on my 700 yard driving range and break records.  Then I go home and lay down in my bed of hammer drivers and cry tears of a champion.

That was because he used Aluminum for the head.  And most probably a 60/40, 70/30 graphite shaft.

Zolex...The new White Meat!  Same Alum material head was once called....Ti-Matrix...You remember that crap don't you?
