My swing is the only one that matters.

There's been a lot of talk about power, speed, etc. on here lately and many have said swing mechanics are just as important as speed.  I know one major thing I need to work on to improve my swing mechanics is my flexibility.  I'm unable to get in some positions I would like to in order to better convert my strength into speed in my swing.  If you have ever listened to an interview with Jamie Sadlowski he says the #1 thing he attributes to his distance is his flexibility.

What do you guys do to improve your golf swing flexibility?  Does anyone have any recommendations on a program, DVD, etc. that could help me out?

Yoga!

Also spend about 30 minutes a day stretching, breathing deep as you stretch while being calm and relaxed.. 

Strengthen your CORE as you need those muscles the most to be successful in LD.

i remember a while back a guy named Roger Fredricks(i think) had a program on flexibility. probably could get an inexpensive copy on ebay.
