Helping my distance and swing plane!

I heard a few people talking about a new product that was supposed to offer increased swing speed while helping your swing plane at the same time. Trying to take my long drive game to the next level (made it to worlds three straight years; I can keep up with the best of them, but I haven't been able to put it all together in a week). I bought Mike Bauman's new trainer called the distance solution. I have only been using the trainer for a couple days now. However, I am a believer! I have tried a couple other swing techniques or training workouts that people have given me, but have never come across something I have been impressed with. I went out of my way for this product, and I am glad I did. The trainer will help golf specific muscles, and I can feel the increased speed already. I am excited to use this product over the next few months and let everyone know how it goes (I feel a vast improvement coming next year). I feel like this will be a great tool for others who are looking to hone their skills in and really compete next year.

As a Class A PGA Professional, any aid can either be really good, or really bad.  After asking the questions and seeing some info, I truly believe this is a breakthrough product!  I just ordered mine today...Not only for myself, but for my students!  I know Mike, and have talked to him about the product.  If you send him an email, he will most definitely respond.  I am very excited to get back to crushing the ball in 2012 now that it seems my shoulder is behaving!

I don't doubt that this may be an excellent product but you have to understand the hesitation to buy something that I haven't even seen!

I also understand there are people out there just waiting to copy other people's good ideas but can we at least see something that shows the training aid?

I bought The Distance Solution from Mike a couple weeks ago, and it immediately exposed a major flaw in my swing, and a few more minor ones. When you do the drills as instructed by Mike in the program that accompanies the swing trainer, you will be in the proper position during all phases of the swing, and with the seemingly limitless resistance, more speed is a given. It's not an overnight miracle worker, but in the short time I've been using it, it is MOST DEFINITELY eliminating my bad habits, and building a much more mechanically correct swing!

guys.. i have had mine for about 2 weeks now.. did my first full workout sunday and let me tell ya.. its a beast.. not only does it tell you where and why you are losing power.. but the things you thought you did right are shown to be not as strong as you thought.. as far as speed.. well.. i honestly believe that i will increase your speed over time.. cause fixing your swing and getting everything working together will make you faster anyway. . but this thing will make you faster anyway after it fixes your swing.. mike.. anyone who buys this is gonna thank you.. to those that dont.. well either youthink your fast enough or are ok with winning locals and thats all..lol.. i believe this thing will be huge this year at worlds.. mike.. see you at the golf show in pittsburgh so i can show you how much faster i will be.. i will have done the workouts for 4 months by then..

I have the trainer for a little while now and it helps with my swing and distance.  I was using it while in the dome and then went back to hitting balls.  My misses we better than my good balls from this season.  I have done only 2 work outs with it but I can feel myself getting faster each time I use it.  I true believe that I have picked up speed by not only through my fast twitch muscles but my swing actually being on plan.
Another note I would like to add is that now matter how strong u are this trainer will workout out and you will be sore the next day if you train correctly.  I lift weights and stay in decent shape and I was sore for 2 days after doing the first workout.

I received mine today and the first thing i want to do is thank Mike for giving me over a weeks worth of email support even before I'd received his product!

I've already emailed Mike and given him my first impressions and now I'd like to put them on here so others can hopefully read them and decide to get one.

Firstly this is not a 'training aid' it is an 'education aid', what Mike does is explain to you what you need to improve to gain distance and consistantcy and then introduces the device and not only explains how to use it but also what will happen/you will feel if you do it wrong.

Thanks guys for the nice words.  All of our testing tells us that you get between 1-2mph every month. So at 2.5 yards/mph it adds up quickly.  I tell people if you don't get 10-15 yards in 6 months you're not trying hard enough!
