He won the Seniors at the Mile High Shootout. He won the Seniors at the Re/Max World Long Drive Championship. He won the Open today at Shanks. I fully stand by my previous comments of Mobley having the best swing/mind game in the biz right now.

The most efficient an effective for years, takes the talk of clubhead
speed an ball speed out of the equation. Just keep on winning and placing in events!
Gary Ramirez
PS That stuff gets talked about to much annyway, just hit the ball and
go find it.

In a carry competition Mobley will never win and he would tell you that himself. If he was in the final eight this year in the open division who knows what would have happened.

Thank god these aren't carry competitions, that would be a nightmare to work the grid. What the ball does after it lands is half the battle. You can carry it as far as you want, if another guy lands it shorter, but with less spin and more landing speed, game over. "On Most Grids"

Why talk about what "isn't"? Lets talk about what "is".
David is one of the best in the world RIGHT NOW, he wont tell you that.

By carry competition I meant something a bit more in general, i.e. Grids that pay off big carries. Second half of my post basically said I think he might have been the favorite to win the open division this year if he was in the final eight. Mobley is without a doubt one of the absolute best in the biz. Wolter's runner up in the mile high followed up with the big one is a solid show also.

Good call on Wolter. There are carry grids for sure, usually not at worlds though.

Mobley's success only strengthens the fact that golfers with controlled power and high quality contact are more of a threat to win than the guys who swing for the fences and take their chances. Thanks for proving that point, yet again, my brothahhhhh!
Moral of the world champion story.... Get out there, get a swing coach, become more competitive.
