Just wanted to throw this out there....
Thinking about having a APG-D event, Saturday, March 24th at Little River C.C. in Carthage, NC (1 hour south of Raliegh - RDU airport, 2 hours east of Charlotte and 5 minutes from Pinehurst!)

Would like to run it just like the 1st APG-D event... golf in the morning, lunch, then the event....
Golf in the morning will NOT be mandatory, but is encouraged since this is going to possibley be the facility for a bigger event in May and would like to give them as much support as they are willing to give us.

What I'm thinking is.....
$200 entry fee, includes golf, lunch, unlimited range balls and the event
$175 entry fee, includes lunch, unlimited range balls and the event....
This place is AWESOME!!!
I'm also working on getting some tee sponsors for some extra $$$ for ther purse....
This place also has villas and am working on getting a deal for those as well.....

Will need at least 16 guys and can take up to 24 or 28, this place is willing to and can accomodate us in any way we need!!!!!
THIS IS NOT SET IN STONE YET!!!!
The OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT WILL COME AFTER THE 1ST OF THE YEAR!!!
Just wanted to throw this out there to give you guys something to look forward to....
Any feedback and signs of interest would be appreciated!!

Thanks!

Kurt

you can check the course out at www.littleriver.com
and will post a link to a video of the grid soon...

You have to upload them to a server and then link to them. You can send me the photos and I'll load them to my server and send you the link if you'd like.

Yes, the links work through Facebook. Looks good and sounds great!
Any idea about non-competitors that may be coming that still want to play that round in the morning? (Family, friends, handlers, bums that may be hanging around in the parking lot, members, who ever)

Don't think that would be a problem....
I should be able to get a morning rate of $25 for a round, for whoever wants to play...
But I'll have to double check.....
Like I said...
This is still in the planning stages.... just wanted to see what kind of response we'd get so I can start pushing for some sponsors and to start trying to promote the bigger event in May to some of the business' in the area

I know its not set in stone yet, but I was just trying to get some early answers as to how all that would work.
Thanks

Thanks Monster for working on this. I apologize that I have been unavailable these past few weeks but my work situation has just been crazy.

This sounds like a great event for the APGDT. Tyler and I would love to work to make this happen. We'll talk the first of the year and start working on it.

I'm sure we'll book it up with no problem.
