squats, deadlift, and bench


In the last 3 months i have gotten back to the basics and i gain 5-6mph alot has to do with weight lost but

In squats i go deep in the hole heavy 5 sets of 5-6 as heavy as i can

deadlifts i do 7 sets of 2 heavy
 

and bench 5 sets of 5  heavy

and on the days i dont lift weights i do speed training swing with the gloves on use lynn's Airpro
