Hi,
I'm a longdrive newbie

from Finland and could use some advice concerning the physical training you guys do.
Like how often you go to gym and what kind of training you do there
Also some tips about how to decrease spin rate would be welcome
I can currently fly the ball ~300 meters but there is no roll what so ever

so the total distance isn't very impressive (I'm currently hitting Adams 9064LD with 6,5 degrees of loft, the only longdrive driver i have
