Hi,I am brand new to this forum and am very keen to start competing in LD events. I have played golf over 20 years (I'm 36) to a fairly decent standard but would like to go more in the LD direction. After searching the internet though it seems that Scotland does not have any events for LD. Can anyone help with info on this?

Hi Big Eric

To the best of my knowledge there are no LD events in the british isles. Havn´t been since LDE finals in Newcastle 2009.  You have the best guys but the Swedes run the events at the moment. The guys that are actively competing is Dan Konyk, Joe Miller and Tom Hollingworth. Matt Small has just started. There are a few more that hasn´t competed this year. Have a look at this forum for LD events to come from time to time.
