APOLOGY TO LUCAS GAREL

I want to publicly apologize to Lucas Garel and readers on this forum for my post on buyers beware. I was contacted this morning by Lucas Garel to say he was out of the country the last few days, and didnt return my texts because of roaming charges. He has paid me in full! My mistake for jumping the gun! Sorry again to Lucas for jumping the gun on this issue!
