Well The Power's quest for the Worlds started yesterday with a local win at Salt Creek, got regionals in Mesquite next on 21st Aug. What are you guys doing to make it this year, were any spots handed out in the recent big European events or will it all be at the last chance again

Would luv to Johan, your events are always top drawer Trouble is I have too many work and family commitments, life in the US is great but they only give you 10 days holiday (I had 25 days MINIMUM in the UK) and half of those are penciled in for the Worlds! Good luck with your Championship and I hope to see as many Europeans as possible in Mesquite

What's the deal with the Last-Chance Qualifier these days? In the past, you have had to have competed in a Regional or equaivalent (e.g., European Championships Finals) - has this now been relaxed given that there is no real 'tour' or European Championships these days?

Nice one Martijn and I'll be in the stands supporting you Paul as a US resident you need to have gone down the local/regional route to be eligible for the last chance, I don't think this applies to the Europeans, I'm sure if you are prepared to spend the time and money to get to Mesquite Art will accommodate you. Also don't do a Stinger who made a schoolboy error last year by only signing up for one of the open last chance contests, make sure you are in for both the Saturday and Sunday events

Phil and Co, I would be game for that sharing too, but my infamous Soderby 150decibel snoring friend is coming along.... A good practical joke to let him share a condo with some of my competitors though... Any wall less then 3 meters thick and you won't sleep a single second all week.. So we are staying at the Casablanca hotel with my usual "Please 2 floors in between our rooms request".. (and no, that is not a joke)
