LDA Regional - RWLDC Qualifier - Nova Scotia July 22-24th

Hi everyone
Posting some details about my first LDA regional

Location:
Marshland Driving Range, 323 Marshland Drive, Truro Nova Scotia Canada. Approximately 20-25 mins from Halifax International Airport.

Dates and times:
July 22nd
Local 1 - 930-12
Local 2 - 1230-3
Local 3 - 330-6
July 23rd
Local 1 - 930-12

July 24th
Regional Championship - 11am until finish

The range is approximately 475 yards long corner to corner, very flat and about 250 yards wide. It faces North East. The prevailing wind is Southwest / West and about 20mph. We werent so lucky last year, but the event was held much much later in the year

Truro is a small town, lots of choices for hotels/motels

I am setting the grid up Sunday of this week. Going to try to make it as wide as the world championship grid. Its very flat and wide open.

We will have grandstands and music playing from the start of the 1st local right through until the end of the Sunday district

Grid is set up.. WIIIIIIIDE and very flat, more so than last year. At the moment ground is soft and not giving up much roll but hopefully weather permitting will dry up a bit leading into the event

Sound system rented , a variety of music will be cranked from the first local Friday right through the shootout Sunday ! rock concert atmosphere at the locals ,  best grid in Canada... just sayin
