2011 COLD Shootout

Qualify for the 2011 WLDC!!

Events will be 2 days of qualifying, taking 24 guys onto the Sunday championship for 2 spots (pending a full field) at the Worlds for the OPEN DIVISION and 12 guys onto the Sunday Championship for 1 spot in the SENIOR DIVISION.  This "Diamond in the Desert" style format condenses the qualifying process down to one site, in one weekend, so there are not several trips involved in the old style locals & districts we had years ago.

Friday June 17/2011
09:00 – 11:30am  (Top 4 Open, 2 Senior)
12:00 – 2:30pm  (Top 4 Open, 2 Senior)
3:00 – 5:30pm  (Top 4 Open, 2 Senior)

Local Qualifying
Saturday June 18/2011
09:00 – 11:30am  (Top 4 Open, 2 Senior)
12:00 – 2:30pm  (Top 4 Open, 2 Senior)
3:00 – 5:30pm  (Top 4 Open, 2 Senior)

Regional Finals
Sunday June 19/2011
Senior Division - 09:00 until complete
Open Division – Immediately following Senior Division Finals

Cost:
Local Qualifying - $40/try
Regional Finals - $75 (LDA members), $150 (non-LDA members)
*Competitors who qualify for the finals will be provided with lunch on Sunday*
Registration for the Regional finals will begin at 7:30am on Sunday morning for both Open and Senior divisions.  Registration will close at 8:45am for BOTH DIVISIONS, NO EXCEPTIONS so that the draws can be made.

    Anyone is welcome to come out and hit and be involved--although the divisions your asking about are BUY-IN to the RWLDCs now and there are no Local or Regional's required to get spots for Mesquite.   Hope we still see you around as well of course.   Be sure and spread the word and get anyone interested to show up and try some Long Drive into a Grid---vs just being long at their own course and local range's...

   Cya all there when ya get in---please let HAWK or Myself know if you can lend a hand at some point Fri, Sat, or Sunday as well please.    The more help available --less for all to do then!!!    And will make it bigger and better then before too!   Expecting a good field of competitors too----when dont we get a quality field up here trying for those coveted spots in Mesquite!!!

Hawk ---doesnt frequent the incepta site all the often!---so Ill reply for him!

No Pre registration required------We will be "AT THE RANGE" on Fri am and throughout the weekend for the Locals and the SUNDAY regional/district event--till it is over!   

    Hope to see all the old guard and gang as well as mny new faces and competitors.    No need  for a PRE REGISTRATION---SHOW UP PAY TO PLAY!!!

LDC Prototype shafts (XX/XXX) were donated as prizes for the COLD Shootout from a dedicated LD'er and friend.  You know who you are!!

Long ball of the day on Friday and Sat will each receive a LDC shaft!!

Winners of the Open (2) and Senior (1) on Sunday will also receive a shaft each!!
