Possible Beach Event

I am putting this out there to see what kind of interest there is.  A possible event on a beach in extreme southern New Jersey.  This event has the potential of being unique and fun for the whole family.  Depending on the level of interest, I can start to put the wheels in motion by the end of January 2011.  An all carry event (unless you can get it to roll in the sand) that will never be forgotten.  I am thinking, 30 people, open to men, women and seniors.  There will be one winner at the end of the day.  This can be a weekend for the family as well.

I do not want to mislead anyone, if you are looking for a plush hotel, don't come.  This is a town of motels that are unique in thier own right.  The boardwalk is 2 miles long and is very family friendly.

I do not have all of the details at this point, however there will be zero profit made on my behalf.  My preference would be to donate something to a local charity or other non-profit such as the local police or firefighters.

There were quite a few people that looked at this posting.  I had zero feedback but wanted to ask again if there is any interest in this potential event.  If I get nothing, I will drop it.  Obviously it would not happen this summer either but I could work on it for next summer.

Sorry for the addition here, however I wanted everyone to be aware that Atlantic City is about 50 minutes away from the proposed site.  It is not Vegas by a long shot, believe me but they are practically giving rooms away currently...
