Love him or Hate him remember this......in the early 1990's Frank Miller, after he Won the title, was well advertised by Yonex and his name continuely came up almost as much as Evan Big Cat and Wedgy Winchester and others in their heyday.  With these ads by Yonex at that time and I remember it well....that name, Frank Miller, was put in front of millions of golfers along with the Yonex LD Team and because of that..it certainly did quite a bit to help the sport along at that time.  And that transfers to what is happening today in the sport. 

I don't pretend to know the ramafications and what Frank has done over the last few years BUT there was a time............................

callawayrep if he had touched my wife in that way. charges would have been the least of the problems. Saying Frank is Frank what because he is a champion he gets a free pass. Champions should always conduct themselves as champions. I was out Warner that day and I did not find out until he had left what had happened. He disrespected the people running the event. he disrespected the title of champion. I am no saint but I am very careful how I conduct myself. He served the suspension. But to say the incident should be long forgotten and who cares or that he did not get to defend the title was a shame. He made a mistake and the LDA handed out a punishment. Good on the LDA. Really if your wife was involved would you be so indifferent? I meet Frank back in 99 and thru another long driver we had laughs at events. Pranks are one thing. what happend was neither funny or a prank. Sadly it only takes a few to destroy the title Professional.

Mr.Kikes, nowhere in my posts did I defend Frank in any way shape or form. Quite honestly he sounds like he has some major issues and is probably very a bad representative of long drive. I simply stated that you predicted a victory against Frank. You finished 2nd last in your grouping and Frank won the Championship. Another example of the fact that people should let their clubs do the talking. I don't see the Professional Long Drivers like Jason Zuback on here boasting about their upcoming performances.

Edweird, never once did I say in my post I would beat Frankie, the post said it was going to be a pain in his butt being on the tee with me. He was looking forward to it!! . He came to me the day before pleading to bury everything since Warrer Springs, Offering me a new shaft that he was hitting, a cobra head he said was hot and that he was bombing balls with. I said NO to all of it. Wished him luck at the event, but I wasn't sincere about it. Your right about one thing, he is bad for this sport as someone who is 51 andacts like he is 18. Every other word out of his mouth is " dude" hey dude. Dude no way, oh dude". What a great ambassador for the sport. One one last deal then write away all you want boys, while on the tee with Wilson In the finals he couldn't conduct himself in a professional manner either. Comments where made when Bob was hitting by Frank. You just don't do that on the tee in the finals as a professional.
