Open Bar and Tons of food buffet style. We are bringing the wine (1 (7) liter bottle)!! Plus assorted other quality wine..compliments of The Godfather Manny Almo.
The food for adults will start at 7:00 with the second wave of food coming at 8:00. The reason being as last year they brought everything on at 7:00 and the ones that got there slightly later the food was cold. So this year we are going to avoid that.
For special invited guests the Geek meeting is nothing secret so don't worry about that. You are more than welcome to listen in.
Anyone that wishes to wear Halloween gear........feel free to do so.
OTHER STUFF
Shirts, hats, visors and the ever popular Geek T-Shirts I am bringing with me. On the Polo style shirts...take what you need only as they are very expensive shirts. If your set on these shirts leave for others that need them. These are the lite-weight moisture wicking shirts...I will have about 5 or 6 colors.
We will bring some candy, etc. for the kids. Quality candy...not the crap candy!
The Geek Staff bags will be ready this week. They are made by DATREK and I must coordinate shipping of bags to you and YOU will have to pay the freight on these. Figure about $25.00 each. Please contact me on Staff Bags to coordinate this effort..ASAP! They are not what I wanted but they are functional and will suffice your needs. Our gift to you...Full Staffers!
I am also bringing quite a few low lofts (and for sale to non-Geekers) and to cover you in case of failure of same...so don't worry about that...not that breakage is any problem with Geek heads anyway...but, why chance it. All we want is for you to think about technique and catching the 'sweet spot' on the main tee. So, don't worry about your Geek equipment.
