Grip it and Rip it at Heron Creek
Long Drive Series Event #1

- Event Start Date: October 9, 2010     (Event Start Time: 9:00am)  
- Rain Out Date: October 10, 2010
- ENTRY FEE: $200.00
*Prize Breakdown for Long Drive: (Based on a full field of 48)
  1st   -  $ 2000.00 plus a limited edition Jamie Sadlowski Adams Driver
  2nd  -  $ 1000.00
  3rd  -  $  600.00
  4th  -  $  400.00
  5th  -  $  400.00
  6th  -  $  400.00
 
- Entries must be prepaid by credit card, cash or check by the deadline to the Heron Creek Golf and Country Club Pro-shop.  
- First 48 paid entrants comprise a full field. All entrants must be available on the rain date as well.
- There will be no refunds for those who cannot compete on the rain date.
- Entry Deadline is September 30th or until filled. Pro Shop (941)423-6955 – Golf Academy (941)518-6646.
- Send Checks payable to Heron Creek Golf & Country Club  (5301 Heron Creek Blvd. North Port, Florida 34287) attn. Pro-shop.
